tout boy is going to have his ass handed to him because he is so cocky over a very mediocre year in 2002.
i have had a least half a dozen seasons in my thirty years of baseball betting that were better than jake's last year. a couple of my worst years followed my best in baseball. it goes in cycles.
there was a period back in the 80's, where i was so hot that i was going to quit my job to bet baseball. my local and his cronies were calling ME
to find out my plays if i did not call them first.
it lasted for almost two seasons, and to this day i cannot figure out how i gained that edge and lost it just as quick. had some good years, but neverlike those two.
needless to say...its a GOOD THING that i didn't quit my job
jake and dogball truly have alot to learn. one good season does not make a professional.
i offered to bet jake 1000. that he could not show a profit this season betting 1 unit a game, but he could only scrape up 20 bucks...not enough
to buy a round of drinks for the boys.
