As we know EVERYONE goes through some rough streaks. I know I made some good money with you at the end of last season with your HUGE picks. I'm curious to find out whether Smokey is going to refund his clients their money? I didn't start this post to be hateful. I won some money watching Smokey last year. This year his picks have not been up to par. He posts his plays here and is fair game. I really hope he will turn it around ,however he doesn't need to be an ass about it. If your that good then you wouldn't need to be scamming clients...Just go to Vegas and cash in every week. Good luck to everyone this week...Toon67

I think that you should answer this for us who are thinking of signing up with Chuck. Please state Facts and evidence to this that you have. Thank You.
Doing this will accomplish two things.
-First, it will help protect us people who you say you care about and dont want to see us get ripped off by a Tout Scammer Fraud.
-Second, it will prove that you are either telling the truth or that you are simply a LYING FRAUD yourself.

he guaranteed 70% in football, right here, at the end of last season, and during the off-season. if you don't believe, i can find those threads for you. in his own words, he had a football system that produces 70% of winners.
and we all know that he is at about 40% ytd. he needs 90% the rest of the way and he stil won't reach 70%. not even close.
he used these claims to fool people from this site, and unfortunately, many believed him.

not only that he guaranteed to hit 70%, but he also promised a full refund, if he doesn't win. he is down big time ytd, and the only way he can make any profit is to release 50, 100, 1000 units plays until some of them hit and he gets to +. i know for a fact that several customers of his asked for a refund and he refused to give it to them.
other reasons
he constantly refuses to update his ytd record. we all know why. tons of posters at his website asked for it, and he just ignored it. he will never say 'we got a lucky winner' (like yesterday with minny) but he will always find an excuse if his play loses (like alabama this week). just watch him after this mnf game. he will brag about his mnf total, but did he or did he not also post dallas as a ***********'play. that's huge, using his vocabulary/unit system. he told his customers two weeks ago, when he was down tons of units over that particular weekend, to bet 'all the money they've lost on saturday, on pittsburgh on sunday'. this is such a stupid advice. and that's exactly what i was talking about in 'reason #2.

I understand you called him out and he's not doing well ...etc... but why attack him personally for the way he looks? ..etc.. did he do anything to you? just asking. Instead of bitching and moaning and saying how you were right about him, why don't you challenge him to a capping contest to finish the year and make a few bucks at the same time, just an idea. GL on the games.
Kodiak is around 60% and Smokey is at 40%...that is all you need to know. The reason we are all over CHucky is that people plaid $1500 EACH to get his picks...he promised a refund if he did not produce a winning season. Now he is not giving ANY REFUNDS to anybody. We need to make sure nobody else gets scammed for $1,000's of dollars!!!
