Don't know why Skybook won't allow an account to account transfer. This inflexibility is a major flaw in my mind. If I ran a book I would bend over backwards to satisfy my customer's. Who knows bending over backwards will definitely create customer goodwill and may lead to additional business. Maybe Mike or Keith can chime in about the inflexibility on their part.

I thought they offered a free b2b transfer to Olympic if you had $2000 or more.

Regardless, Skybook is one of the best -110 shops around.

Should be in everyone's Top 10 or 15 books.

others rip you off on transfers.

I believe Skybook does transfer to Greek ( only).

Top 10 or 15 book isn't saying much is it, you must be being sarcastic. Already dealt with Mike & Keith. They have been extremely inflexible about doing an account to account transfer. I hope they chime in and give their point of view. Like I said, if I ran a sportsbook I would bend over backwards to meet a simple request asked by my customer. Simple favors go a long way towards customer satisfaction. Inflexibility has the opposite affect. Open mindness rules over closed mindness. To each his own!

Skybook processes transfers (both inhouse and Book to Book transfers) free of charge. As with any other form of withdrawal, these are only available once all applicable rollover requirements and waiting periods have elapsed.

Should any customer have account-specific questions, please feel free to write us to support@skybook.com Thank you!

zee,

Skybook is quality. Sure there are things that aren't great about Skybook, but all in all it is still a very good book.

Looks to me like Skybook's saying that they WILL do account-to-account transfers, providing that the customer has met his rollover requirements. Am I reading this right ?

Zeeman, have you completed your rollover ?

With e-check deposits taking anywhere from 16 to 30 days to clear, you should think about having a little flexibility with the waiting period. Why not allow a transfer and impose the same waiting period on the new account. How hard would this be. Not very! A little flexibility goes a long way. You should do everything possible to keep customer satisfied. This would have been a very simple decision.

Rollover met, waiting period not met. I don't know how many more days for waiting period, but if transfer was allowed I would want same waiting period applied to new account. I was even willing to add another couple times rollover on new account but Keith and Mike said no way. I was only trying to transfer around 25% of my account. If they need to be stubborn and inflexible so be it. I doubt being inflexible will attract customer goodwill. Some people may like the closed mindedness, to me it's the simple things that matter. It would be very simple to allow this transfer. Account 2 would having same waiting period as account 1. How hard is this theory to understand.

To clear things up, I'm not the account holder, I'm the person trying to receive the transfer. Money is owed to me by account holder and I would like to receive a transfer in case account holder has a run of bad luck. Just wish Skybook used common sense and allowed the transfer imposing the same waiting period on Account b that Account A is tagged with.

Read the posts smartass. A condition of the transfer would be same waiting period for account B as account A. FYI smartass, the check has cleared but if the check bounced than Account B would be subject to the same penalty as account A. The process is very simple, your senario that you think is hilarious is very wrong. Read the posts before you start making assumptions.

Please explain whats so hilarious. I want money in a separate account. I understand this money won't be available till after the waiting period. I'm even willing to wait an extra 5 days longer. I just feel safer having Skybook holding my money than Account A.

Viking611, based on your thought process, thinking are request is hilarious? You ought to see if Skybook is hiring. The way you think(closed minded) you would fit in very well with Mike, & Keith. Just a thought.

Account holder at Skybook that owes me money can't quit gambling to let waiting period elaspe. I sure hope he doesn't lose it back. This is another reason why Skybook should allow transfer. Many sick, compulsive gamblers can't control or manage their funds. If an account holder request that money be transfered to another account, request should be granted with conditions. I will keep ever one updated with the progress of the Account not allowed to transfer. Wish me luck and pray account holder maintains a good balance. and Account holder should quit gambling with my money.
