Free 1/2 point is huge, even if they waited to announce it an hour before the first game tips off no halfway serious gambler can refuse, even if they have to beard themselves in to get it. :toothless
In one year playing conservatively we had 18-20 plays where the 1/2 point came in to play, either made a push a win or a loser into a push. This is one of the best values on the planet for the nonwiseguys like me, to complain over it in any fashion is absurd. Thanks Skybook.
Good point. Any book that offers free halfs, (I would love to find more), reduced juice, a la Pinnacle, Mansion (I hope that they are solid), Hollywood, etc. should all be lauded, as they save us more money than most of us can begin to imagine. Sure, these books should still be held accountable for bad customer service, slow payouts, etc. However, if that is not the case, I find it hard to criticize an office that puts big $$$ back into my bankroll. After all, that's what it is all about.
