Start off trying to get Free Room, or some Free and some Casino rate. Have to remember we always had it Friday & Saturday and sometimes Sunday.
Better to shoot for Saturday & Sunday, and if anyone wants to come early or stay later, they pay for the extra nights.
Food , and open bar probably cost $5K + ( one night ) ( that would depend on a head count of course.
Get a couple of Sponsors to kick in a few Bonus Plays .... plus some Gear
So if we get a list, find some info with Prices, I can go to the Power at be and hopefully have them at least kick in Half. I'll even kick in...

I suggest to do this before high season, 2 weeks b4 or something like that so that the blue collar book workers can attend without a hassle. Is this a week long or weekend long event?
I'd be willing to spend 2k-5k to chill in LV with fellow RX royalty for a weekend or a week... eat well, drink better/gamble some, win more/fuck some broads, avoid the locks. I personally know 5-6 RXers, all from CR. Would really love to meet some people I have interacted with and I consider them respect worthy and fun as coke whores, on the first line.
I would not confront anybody I met there did I disliked here, Id compromise to that, no other poster needs to endure any shit drama from any shit kind. I give my word. The RX is the only forum I log in everyday and gambling is not my fave vice and gambler is not my fave personality trait. Yet living is a gamble. Im not on coke tonight, no sir, I swear it by Shirley Temple's Pussy.
So what are the estimates, let's make a preview list of possible attendants, work it out to reserve (pay) the plane tickets by April-July (post March madness) and have a solid list 1-2 months b4 the bash, maybe work it out with some poker room to host 2-3 poker tourneys for a decent rake and host packages for good shows in LV for posters. Work out with some LV book to take action from posters with any kind of oncentive or promotion for a $500+ deposit to be used at will. Maybe work out a "side package" with a door-fee party for RXers that wanna party hard, play some cards and work some strippers. Have some "secret handshake" buddies to rent some fireworks. Let the creativity flow at low cost! It can be done!
Ideas, negotiate with a solid book to give all bash attendants a NFL season long reload bonus/reduced juice (-105/-108), win win for everybody. I know we can all chip in really good hook thoughts for this one.
On a side request, HarryCaray and TheCrow cant play the poker tourneys, HC is frankly and in all honesty the only poker player ive tussled with online and he is a tough cookie to bite and a tougher mind to read, not saying cause he is a friend. TheCrow cause Im afraid id break my no violence oath if he called my 4bet with 5-2 off suit against my AK for the flop to hit A-5-5.
BAS should offer posters discount on all watches and Wilbur must be on watch by a male nurse 24/7. MikeB and ScottC will be banned to share a room not to offend the gay hating crowd (aka as republicans). No politics will be discussed at a bash without a $100 penalty added to the prize bag of the last RX LV tourney. FZ will enforce that, he has the right to use force. Vlad will not be allowed to pee in public during the whole bash, $200 penalty. Defying banned from wearing high heels otherwise $500 penalty, Chop banned from talking about the saints unless asked about them $1k penalty. Before we know it we have a $50k GTD tourney.
