It really impressive how well they have done the last few years with the list of scrubs they have had playing qb. I knew asswieler was a mistake said after they signed him they still in same spot as last year a qb away. Didn't think he was gonna be even worse than the guys they were picking up off the street last season but somehow he has been, lol..

So I think Watson is going to be like Russell Wilson as a pro - and I'm hardly the first one to make that comparison - the thing is, I don't think he comes at that round discount that Wilson did with the way QB's insanely rise up the draft boards. I think he can be a good NFL pro if he lands in a spot with a good defense, solid coach, weapons. Texans would be a nice spot for him. Or Denver for that matter.

You can always tell when someone has lost a bet when they start a thread like this. They are only truly fucked for one more season after this; in 2018 if they cut him there is limited dead money --I think 5 mllion. So it sucks, but will only hamstring them for 2 years in a major, way.

Although this is only in terms of cap space; in real cash flow it could make the owner less likely to spend much longer than that. People, me included, forget about "real money" spending a lot as we focus on cap space.
