Sick Gambler, you are lying about your referals and saying I was going to be part of them, but now I am very glad that you brought the subject up......could you please explain the roll of referals in this scam of yours? Are you saying that for each of these fake accounts of yours that you were referred by someone?

Why does the name Joe Deleo keep popping up? Please go back and explain this again, if you would. And will we have to try this case again but just with another book as the agrieved party? In other words, is this the only book that's going to try to withhold money from you? If this is going to turn into a class action suit it might be better to wait for the final verdict. Based on what I've read so far I'm still leaning towards SG, but like TT said earlier, it seems a little strange that Rio would take all of this heat for nothing. And I don't want to be back on jury duty next week or next month. And I need some more popcorn!

joe deleo was a friend who told me rio was solid bec i did have my doubts and was skeptical sending them big funds bec of the 20% cash and the 20% re ups.. RIO never did this before as they used to only be 10% matchplay. This person was not one of my 5 names. IOW, i didn't refer one of my names to another..

Thanks for the first answer concerning Deleo but that wasn't an answer on the second one. Let me put it this way, could other books freeze your money for the same reasons Rio did? Or is Rio the only place you played under several different names. Like I said, jury duty sucks and Jman is horrible with the refreshments.
