This thread has got me wondering... How did the current moderators assume that position? Do any current moderators or shrink care to share how any of you became one? Did you know shrink in real life or was it from posting on this forum for along time?

Sure.

Peep posted a thread asking for opinions on what it took to be a good moderator & then he asked us in the BR. He then hired us to Moderate on The Rx.
