I don't know why she finally decided to break them out, that's a good question. I'll revisit this issue at work tomorrow and discuss with the guys and see what they say. But since that day she's been back to covering everything up.
In her reaction to catching me, it all happened so fast. I went to her office for the first time in the day and she was sitting there and I was standing there and BAM there they were. My eyes had that split second too long of a gaze as she was looking up at me, in all fairness it caught me off guard. Her reaction was pretty casual as if maybe she was kinda used to it. No attempt on her part to make it an uncomfortable situation to cover them up or anything of that sort. But I know she knows I locked eye contact for that split second too long. Once you see boobs, you want to see them all no matter how bad they may be.
