BetCascade had soft numbers and -105 on games and totals too.
Not convinced the same thing won't happen with Phoenix.

Two different situations....BetPhoenix has very deep pockets...

Soft numbers or different numbers often show as a sign of weakness at small shops...as a player you should stay away...

Credit shops who extend too much credit always get in trouble...

But as a bettor, would take -105 anywhere I could, as long as the book is endorsed by a credible source...
