don't quit. it will be a routine, we are creatures of routine.

I know, on the Endorphins, when I used to go to the gym, after my workouts I felt the best I ever did in my whole life.

I was actually unable to even smoke a cigarette for 3 or 4 hours after the workouts, Endorphins made me repulsed by the idea of smoking.
