It's been happening for decades. More measures have been put in, more people aware this time around, and more ground to make up, Ballot drop boxes being watched more closely, so cheaters will be alot more vulnerable to get caught. No way bursting water pipes, windows being boarded up will be tolerated this time. You might get George Floyd type riots if this treasonous activity takes place.
