Good to see the liberal left is starting to take a stance on this. Now instead of focusing the attention on the few shootings and the NRA that happens a couple times a year.....roll up your sleeves and take a stand against majority of your party.....the inner city. I would be thrilled to see AK and Guesser out there taking a stand against all these shooting among their own constitutes.
I think we need to post articles on a weekly basis on the majority of the voting democrats and places they live accompanied by the violence in those places. Would be very curious how that issue would be handled......probably a lot of calling the kettle black.....but it is the party backbone.

HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) - A person was killed while an officer was wounded after a shooting involving Henderson police Wednesday.
According to the police department, officers responded to reports of shots fired about 4:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Flat Plains Avenue near Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road.
Public Information Officer Kathleen Richards said a person opened fire at officers immediately after they arrived.
Richards said one of the officers was wounded. Officers returned fire, killing the gunman.
The officer's injury was considered to be non-life-threatening, according to Richards. That officer was rushed to Sunrise Hospital in good condition.

You aren't getting it bro. These acts are politically motivated. People in the inner city who are killing each other over shoes or turf has nothing to do with politics and insinuating that they are democrats just because black people vote for democrats is ridiculous. I highly doubt inner city gangs are finding their ways to the voting booths come election time. You make no sense with this analogy.
What point I am making is the fact that the inner city dems are killing more with guns than these shootings but it's these random acts that are bringing out the witch hunt on guns. The fact that there are more killings that happen in every city daily than what the wackos are doing, yet there has not been a push to blame the inner city folk. Just making the connection that it's primarily the left calling for banning of guns when these horrendous acts happen, yet the real problem is never is mentioned.

Bottom line.....clean the house of your own party before attacking pro gun organizations for political reasons. Once you get that cleaned up, then we can go after the assault weapons.....which I am in favor of. To cherry pick stories for a political agenda is wrong on all fronts.......but when someone spins it like I just did it's tougher for the anti gun people to argue unless they are irrational.
I never said they were Republicans. But claiming they are Democrats? What makes you think some inner city gang members in Chicago or LA give a flying fuck about politics? What you are saying is really far fetched. There is a difference between crazy people killing public sector workers because they hate the government and their intentions are political versus some gangbangers killing each other over turf. And I brought race in to it because that's what you are talking about.
I think I get what you are saying. I wish there was a way we could sweep through and rid all the gangs and get the guns they provide off the streets. These are the guns I am after but you have a group like the NRA scaring people that they want every gun ever made. Back to the first point, I think it would be impossible to do without major riots and anti racism groups would be frothing at the mouth.
