I don't think he said. I think he refused to be interviewed. They just secretly taped him going to locations and then walking to where he had his car parked and changing back into his normal clothes.

I see the same bums too on the same corners, even saw this one bum clear on the other side of town regularly...I never had the impression he was making much money though.

Ticket scalping is pretty easy money. I don't do it myself but know those who do.

10-20 units every week , must be nice. +500 units per yr.

You would be surprised, there are several of these people out there.

Most notably would be Mike Linebacker. I have been tracking his plays for the past 5-6 months and each month he has brought MAJOR profit to the table.

He is also tracked by several handicapper tracking websites. They have all of his records. Here are some of his credentials:

#1 Overall Documented handicapper at The Professional Handicappers League in 2005.
#1 MLB Documented handicapper at The Professional Handicappers League in 2005.
#3 NFL Handicapper at the Professional Handicappers League in 2005-2006.
Two time defending NBA Champion at NSM, Trackpicks and FSP Monitors (2003 thru 2005).
#1 Overall NBA Documented handicapper at procappers the L3 years combined.
#1 Overall Documented handicapper at in 2004.
#1 Overall Documented handicapper from 1/1/2004 to present at The Professional Handicappers League.

Anyways, he has been MONEY! I don't remember him having a losing week since I started tracking him, although there may have been one, it had to have been a VERY minimal loss. He is the current leader out of hundreds of Handicappers in units one, etc. He also has good money management.

I have heard of people who have been following him in the past few years and doubling or tripling their bankroll every couple of months.

I am not advertising for Mike Linebacker, I am just pointing out that he is one of the most solid handicappers on the internet today. Up 43.9 units in the last 7 days, and that has really been the norm for him in the past several months.

About $1,000 is a small price to pay for solid picks that you will be able to feel confident in knowing that they will make you money in the long run. That is what I was referring to in my earlier post.

used to do it on ebay. Competition ( Everybody doing it) made it tuff to get the good tickets for good shows. Garbage seats do not sell well.

No, because 95% of people do not make/get quality picks, and have poor money management skills.

You could also use the same strategy with online sports books, but I am not sure I would feel safe putting a large bankroll into an online sports book that could do or go anywhere...

Buy a new lawn mower and get about 30 yards to mow.
30 yards a week. $30 per yard $900 per week. If your not
into work then try buying one pound of pot, that's 16 ounces.
Its been thirty years so I guess the price has gone up from $12
an ounce. I think you can still make a good prophet.

In a year or two, I may try to start some vending machines. I have been researching them lately, and it really seems that if you can get a good location then you should be making a nice risidual income each month.

I love how people think that there is no money in sports betting. I hear all of these people saying they should just hold their bets, etc. Well, I go down to Vegas for a few days, walk into the nearest sportsbook and there are people there that are making $80,000 off of an initial bankroll of $100,000, and all of that is in the last week. If you get only a fourth of that return you would still be living the good life. It is all about how big your bankroll is. You can hit 51% of the time and still make GREAT money each and every year.

I would say, take whatever amount of money that you can afford, and go to Vegas for a week or two per year. Don't let yourself get distracted by anything else there, just go to the sports books every day for that one or two weeks. Study how the lines are moving, etc. and possibly get some picks from someone that hits at a good rate. I know of several that average AT LEAST 10-20+ units per week, and that adds up if you have, for example, $400 units. You play 4-5 units on each game and at the end of the week you should be up big. If you only got that minimum of 10 units that week, then you would still leave with about $4,000.

Basically, if you just play smart and have a large bankroll, along with some GOOD picks, then I believe that you have a VERY good chance of making at least a decent living by just betting sports for a few weeks/months out of the year. Sports betting is like any other investment, you must have a lot of capital to get a reasonable return.

Boy, how stupid am i. Been gambling over 30 years and did not know that it was this easy. Thanks for the info. :WTF:

Better yet, buy a lawnmower and find a high school kid. 30 yards = $900. Pay him $450 each week.

Seriously, gambling and real estate will be tough to beat with anything else. If you have very good information, derivatives can be very healthy too.

So you are just betting the underdog on the ML in the NBA..?

I'm not sure if that system would succeed over the long term, unless you have a system that filters out the really BAD underdogs.

Does the underdog have to be at a certain point spread? :ughhh:
