Dear diary, Wilbur here, broke my ribs by falling down the stairs, those damn slippers are my downfall. I finally managed to change my own diapers but with the ribs in pain and my alzheimers, I will probably have to learn again tomorrow. Those damn kids are playing outside again, little minions.
6' 4" 240 here .... Need to get down to 230 by summer
been working out more down in Florida... a lot of swimming and some walking ( need to do more in this subject )
I do hate those people that can eat Pizza or a Burger and not gain a thing... When I eat Pizza I need to work harder... but it's getting easier

plumbing not working again,
took a shit out back and when I went to flush I found that the minions stole my shovel.
So I'll have to smell my shit when I'm trying to sleep tonite.
We were the third city in the world with electricity and it hasn't worked for 40 years.
I really want a new shovel.
