Rocky's Winner Circle , if its the same one that I am thinking of, had a bad wrap here in Hawaii, where he lived and was doing some business here awhile ago. I think he still uses a newletter that is white with blue letters and has all kinds of different names for his picks, like platinum, pot of gold, or something along that lines. Real cheesy type of one page, very simple to advertise his Rocky Winners Circle releases and number to call. Well from what I heard from someone here affiliated with this industry and who also sells his newsletters, was that he owed some big money to some guys here and was putting out his picks to hopefully make people lose money to help the houses win, as I think back in the late eightie and early nineties alot of people here was using his service. Now from what I was told, he has been living in Montana and that his sister who still lives here is the one that is delivering the newletters for him over here, as their are no more advertisements for phone services anymore after they exposed the shit out of all the scammers that made a killing off of people here with their reverse picks scam. Anyway, this is just what I heard he was involved in, I dont use his services and he could of changed and is legit. But just wanted to give you a heads up and that you should check in to it before you jump in. Take care and Aloha CC.
