Bear in mind that Nashville comes off their first loss in Atlanta after winning three games and I suspect they bounce-back well defensively tonight at Detroit. After all, this was a team that they gave up an exorbitant amount of goals on the road last time at five and this team will likely make the necessary adjustments this time around as they face them again. In that same token, Detroit gave up five goals in their last game to San Jose which is uncharacteristic and the last time they gave up that many goals was to Atlanta on the road in a 1-5 loss. The following game, they went on the road to Columbus and won 2-1 as they held them to just one goal in a strong defensive effort. I look for a similar situation tonight as both teams focus on the defensive side of the ice a bit more. The Under is 7-1 when the Predators face a team with a winning record.
