Analysis: The Public is on USC, but my CFB experts like Whisky here. The key overlooked factor is the 52 degree day in SD......we won't have to worry about a Big10 team fading in any hot weather.

Whisky travels great, so Î I am not worried about any HFA. Two pretty equal teams. Plus 4 is a strong 1 star wager, almost 2 starred it.
