"HIM" would be "ME" and I should have let this go but felt neccesary to defend myself. I can tell Frank and Pensfans are both idiots for even saying that I "scammed" anyone without any evidence at all. We gave it a month and it didn't work out. Get a life, leave my name alone and move on.

You know what is ironic about all of this? I point blank accused some of the names mentioned by Frank of being part of the Dr.Guru disaster. They were the orgainizers of a failed group, but hey, most groups do not play said handicappers for the duration of the subscription. It was the rediculous price that I carried on about. I was as vocal as Frank is now back in late May and early June.

And what is more ironic is that some of the names that I pointblank accused are now actually allies and good friends of mine here.

Everyone that knows me knows that I try to do the right thing when it comes to this hobby. I will expose a shill in a heartbeat. I have been on Nike for about 2 weeks straight and he has answered every question that I have asked him.

Frank may be correct, but Frank does not have enough evidence to bring the case to trial, much less to get a conviction.

Keep at it Frank. I want these guys exposed and you can tell anyone who will listen that Fraser411 has your back. I have a small army of guys with me and they are behind you as well.

The last time I typed your name on this forum was during the Steve Budin discussion. He has won his last two and you may have been right about him having a good run in him before football.

You did mess up your tracking a bit with the Doctors and I called you on it. You did adjust soon after though.

I don't need a conviction personally. I just need the word out to watch out for these guys. Football season is coming-I wonder what they will come up with next?

I don't need these guys banned- I know who they are and I will stay away from them.

I have all of the evidence I need. It is not enough to convict but enough to convince me that my original instincts were correct.
