As stated by many, we all know that Donaghy is just the tip of the ice-berg. Remember last yr. when 2 star Suns players were suspended for nothing more than being provoked by the other team? Stern wants 2 name clubs in the finals & the series to go 7 gms. He has 3 homers on the gm. why else would Vegas put out a line of -9.5 on a team that has looked horrible? Remember when the NY Knicks (biggest draw in the NBA) were horrible & there was only one quality, team changing player coming out (P. Ewing), they started the lottery, jeez with a 1 in 50 chance, guess who got Ewing? My uncle reffed in the NBA way back in the day. He called George (4 step) Mikan for traveling 3 times in the first half. He was reprimanded @ halftime being told that the people in the seats came to see the great G.Mikan not him tooting his whistle! Not much has changed, has it? That's why you don't put the best, tough skinned, I call 'em as I see 'em refs on the gm. They might not abide by the crowd nor the NBA but call the gm. real.
