It is correct. One must understand what points need to be purchased at what time, and when a chase win "eliminates" a loss. I never chase so someone else will be better to explain this system than me. For starters look at his post, it will give you a good idea of what it entails. Actually yesterday service plays has a more entailed version.

And if the word chase upsets anyone, my apologies, there is probably a better word.
