Baseball is a sport of streaks and momentum. Obviously both of these teams have momentum as their in the World Series but Cleveland has had to sit and wait while the Cubs had to fight to win in 6 games winning final 3 in a row. Some say Cleveland has advantage of being rested. I say just the opposite it’s a momentum breaker. The Indians bats were slumping in the Toronto series scoring 12 runs in 5 games. Granted they didn’t need a lot of runs but they will against the Cubs. The Cubs scored 23 runs in that 3 game winning streak against the Dodgers. Both pitchers have been lights out in the post season thus far so the difference is going to be the offenses. The Cubs have the edge there tonight having played Saturday and having a rhythm going. Finally back to the pitchers as I said both are pitching extremely well but Lester has more big game experience than Kluber which gives the Cubs just another edge tonight. Cubs grab Game 1.
