I know. Pacific has 18 at half and pepperdine as 17 at half(i know they are not usc, but still that is bad). Needless to say I took both under 2h.

It's crazy, huh? Last week Va. Tech had 13 or 14 points in the entire first half against Duke. :lolBIG: I realize it's Duke, but come on now.

I actually think this is their year. Hurts to say as a Wings fan, it's just so hard to repeat and I think San Jose is the only team that can stop them.

Speaking of those probabilities, I looked at all the totals projected to hit at 60% or better. Played each of them at only $55 a pop just for tracking purposes. Look what happened:

If your book offers it play 3rd quarter who ever is losing at the half in the NBA. Just check it out 2-0 tonight and has been hitting since I started in late November. I have turned many onto it but the problem is most books dont offer it. If your does then check it out.

where did the 60% number come from? who said it was 60%? can you elaborate a little.

I'll never understand why college teams struggle to score so much. USC has scored one basket in over TEN minutes. How is that even possible? I could stand at halfcourt on each one of their possessions and chuck the ball up there and probably make more than 1 in over 10 minutes. And it's not just this game. It's multiple games, every night.

Tell me about it, I had UL-LAF (Executive's 300*) leading 58-48 with
under 7 mins to play and then they score 3 points the remainder of the
game, go to overtime and is outscored 12-0 in the first 3 1/2 minutes
of overtime.:think2:

The years I've tracked the unranked fave angle it usually hits around 65-70% of the time. There was one year that it was something like 82%.

Having said that, I'm amazed Rhode Island is struggling so bad tonight. Looks like they're actually going to lose to Xavier. :think2:

Agreed. I have a "system" in which I bet home teams in the 2h no matter what the number, as long as they are losing by at least 10 at half. The thinking being that most teams don't play a complete game when they're on the road. At some point they either run out of gas or put it on cruise control, and let the other team back in it.
