ChiSox (+109) 1.5 Units
The ChiSox should stop the surging Yankees here. Gavin Floyd is in good form, especially at home where he is 7-0 in his last 7 team starts with a 2.03 ERA. The White Sox, which have fallen on hard times on the road recently (1-6), should rebound here vs Pettitte; after all, Pettitte is a mere 1-4 in his last 5 starts at U.S. Cellular Field. The White Sox are a solid 10-3 vs lefty starters. Chicago is also a strong 22-6 in Floyds's last 28 home starts. We'll grab the White Sox here.

New York Yankees (62-39) at Chicago White Sox (51-51)
(L) Andy Pettitte (8-6) vs. (R) Gavin Floyd (8-6)

New York Yankees have been successful against the Chicago White Sox, winning five of the last seven meetings and five of the last six in Chicago. However, they haven't met this year and Chicago is playing sound at U.S. Cellular Field, 9-3 in their last 12 home games.
Chicago sends Gavin Floyd (8-6, 4.24 ERA to the hill. The right-hander is 2-0 with a 3.80 ERA in his last three starts and is 4-0 with a 2.03 ERA in his last seven home starts. The White Sox have won seven of Floyd’s last 10 starts, 7-2 in his home starts. Contrary, New York's starter Andy Pettitte (8-6, 4.87 ERA) has struggle, dropping three of his last four decisions. The southpaw is 0-2 with a 5.50 ERA in his last three starts and the Yankees have lost four of the Pettitte’s last 5 road starts versus the White Sox.

Go with the White Sox in the Windy City with Gavin Floyd on the hill.

double-dime bet 920 CWS (+115) BetUS vs 919 NYY
Analysis: Stan is Betting the CHICAGO WHITE SOX today. Stan notes that Chicago starter Floyd has been the stopper for the White Sox. Following 2 losses or more the White Sox a½re 12-4 when Floyd starts. Also note that Floyd is 21-6 at home the last 2 years. The White Sox are 19-12 vs lefties and average 5 runs per game vs them. TAKE CHICAGO WHITE SOX as STAN SHARP'S VEGAS INSIDER GAME OF THE WEEK and make them a DOUBLE DIME PLAY.

"1 UNIT" UPSET SHOCKER (Mariners +150 at Rangers in a 8:05 eastern start----------Olson versus Holland):

Yesterday the Mariners actually made a trade to improve their team as veteran shortstop Jack Wilson was acquired from Pittsburgh. Even though Wilson is not a great hitter, he follows Seattle's new "pitching and defense" philosiphy. One of the reasons why the Mariners have one of baseball's best overall ERA's has to do with improvements made on defense which has made the pitchers look alot better. Seattle upset the great Roy Halladay yesterday as the offense pounded out ELEVEN hits including a pair of doubles by veteran Ken Griffey. Even though the future Hall of Famer has had a rough campaign, he is a career .370 hitter when playing at Texas. Here is a 66-PERCENT SYSTEM (41-21 past five years) that plays ON bad offensive teams like Seattle who average less than 4.6 runs per game and facing a poor opposing starting pitcher with a SIX ERA or worse (Derek Holland fits that bill). This system is completed if the offensively-challenged squad is coming off a well pitched game where they allowed 2-or-less which is exactly what the Mariners did yesterday. Note that Texas leadoff hitter Ian Kinsler (strained hamstring) did NOT play yesterday and is a question mark for this evening. Also consider that Derek Holland has worse than a SEVEN ERA since the All Star Break

According to their website, Milwaukee -1.5 RL being a winner today makes Dominic Fazzini now 14-1 in his L15 selections. That is an unbelievable run if it's true.

I follow the Covers Experts and Sportsmemo cappers more than anybody else but I was just looking to see if the guys that post Fazzini daily can verify if that is his true record.
