Can someone either confirm/corroborate either via his record over a period of months or even years my gut feeling that overall and over time Kelso has been truly horrible and/or whether in fact he has been no worse than mediocre in comparison with the record of other cappers-if you say that overall, his record has been great, I simply won't believe it without supporting documentation.
I am not asking this question sarcastically but in the spirit of really wanting to know whether my overall feeling that this guy has slipped badly is correct and that he is merely a shadow of what he once was and how highly he was regarded since he became involve with capping cometime back in the 70's.
