BIG AL's 100% PERFECT ATS PAC-10 GAME OF THE YEAR!
At 3:30 pm, our Pac 10 Game of the Year is on the Stanford Cardinal plus the points over Oregon. This game is a huge letdown spot for the Ducks. Last week, they blew out USC 47-20 and moved their record to 7-1. Oregon is currently ranked #7 in the country, but Stanford should knock the Ducks off their perch. The Cardinal have a huge advantage in that it has had two weeks to prepare after having last Saturday off. And Stanford falls into a 93-40 ATS system of mine that plays on certain rested home teams off a straight-up win, who are matched up against an unrested conference foe that's not playing with revenge. And this system zooms to 40-12 ATS if our team is off a momentum-building win in which it covered the spread by 10+ points. Stanford did just that in its last game, a 33-14 win over Arizona State as a 7-point favorite. Coach Jim Harbaugh has his troops playing extremely well at home. Indeed, dating back to December of 2007, the Cardinal are 9-1 straight-up at home and 10-0 ATS! Included among these games were upset wins as 14, 2.5, and 6.5-point underdogs. Another outright upset win would not surprise. Take the points. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie
