Ohio State (6-0) at Wisconsin (5-1) 7:00 pm
5 stacks Ohio State -3.5 @ 5dimes

There will be a showdown in Madison, Wisconsin tonight and the Buckeyes are putting their number 1 ranking on the line. At the beginning of the season sport writers believed both of these teams would be undefeated at this point but Wisconsin could not hold up to their end of the bargain. Ohio St. may no the be the most impressive team to watch but they play good sound football. They don't depend tricks and flips, the Buckeyes run a pro- style offense and their defense refuses to give up a yard . Wisconsin probably spent their entire week trying to find ways to stop Terrel Pryor but I don;t think he is their biggest concern. Jim Tressel backfield has come a live. At the start of the season he could only depend on RB Brandon Saine but Dan Herron is turning into that power back that Tressel loved to depend on to eat away games. Herron has 7 tds and 355 yards after getting of to a slow start. These two teams are not evenly matched, stats prove that the Buckeyes are better. Ohio State leads in the Big Ten in scoring offense (43.17), pass efficiency defense (93.81), pass defense (158.33), total defense (237.00), kickoff returns (26.79) and turnover margin (+1.67); second in rushing defense (78.67) and scoring defense (13.5); and third in the league in total offense (465.83). This team in solid across are the board. The Badgers will lean on their two running backs John Clay and freshman James White but the Buckeyes only allow about 80 rushing years a game. OSU is on the road and it seems like Madison will be a hostile place to play tonight but the Badgers' have actually lost two of its last three home night games, one of which was against Ohio State. Don't think that the Buckeyes have not been listening to the media all week. Everyone is saying Oregon and Boise is going to jump them this week. Terrelle Pryor will prove why is team is number 1 playing against a sorry Wisconsin secondary. Look for Pryor's big play receiver DeVier Posey to come up big, he has been Pryor go to man in big games this season. OSU will win by at least touchdown but I am not expecting this game to be very close.
