TEXAS A&M AGGIES -5.5 over Kansas State Wildcats, 10 dimes
Despite coming off a devastating blowout loss to rival Texas, the Aggies are back at home, and I believe they should be favored by several more points than this. They pride themselves on tough defense, and hit the boards extremely hard despite their overall smaller size. Kansas State coach Frank Martin is trying everything and anything to get his boys out of the slump that has made them 1-3 so far in Big 12 conference play. It won't work against this A&M team. They are naturally a physical team, and the Aggies absolutely thrive on protecting the rim, pressuring the ball, and forcing turnovers. In their losses this year, K State has shown vulnerabilities to defenses similar to this, I expect them to be dumbfounded tonight. The Wildcats are also a terrible 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games. Lay the chalk with confidence.
AIR FORCE FALCONS -5.5 over Wyoming Cowboys, 10 dimes
Air Force isn't an elite team, but they are in a class above Wyoming nonetheless. The Cowboys have yet to win a road game SU or ATS this season, and that trend should continue against the Falcon's stiff home defense. Expect Air Force to come out and build a lead early. They've had to elevate their game during their last three matchups; all losses against top tier teams. And they should be in a great state of mind to capture a solid home victory.
Duke Blue Devils -22.5 over WAKE FOREST DEMON DEACONS, 10 dimes
The Dukies seem to be back on track after an upset loss at Florida State two weeks ago. They just got done thrashing NC State on the road last game, and now they must be licking their chops at the prospect of playing this terrible Wake Forest team. The Demon Deacons have dropped all four of their ACC games both SU and ATS, and the manner in which they've been losing has been downright embarrassing. They are losing by an average of 26 points per game in those contests. Watch the road chalk cover with ease in this one.
Pittsburgh Panthers -16.5 over DEPAUL BLUE DEMONS, 10 dimes
Depaul has dropped everyone one of its six Big East Conference games, and they've been blasted in every one except for a two point loss to West Virginia. I can't see this pattern changing against Jamie Dixon's 4th ranked squad. The combination of upperclassman leadership and exceptional coaching should have Pitt ready to lay a 30 point beating on the home team.
Denver Pioneers +3.5 over MIDDLE TENNESSEE STATE BLUE RAIDERS, 10 DIMES
Denver is the hot team right now, winning their last 8 games in a row, and covering in 6 out of their last 7. They've also won and covered in their last two road contests. I love the fact that they're catching points against this inconsistent Middle Tennessee team, so let's not throw away this oddsmaker gift.
