They don't have any stars for the simple reason that if any play loses or for that matter if the plays lose overall, they can claim that the play or plays was/were just an opinion(s).
Conversely if the play or plays win, they can toot their horn and say they won and not mention that the plays were just opinions.
I have been following Phil Steele and NC since they started years ago and this is how they operate-unfortunately many folks still don't/can't see them for they really are.
ps For example just look at several of the bs ratings today-a double regular opinion and a top opinion-can someone tell me which is rated higher? Answer-whichever game wins! lol
