for the regular season i usually follow picks then pick my own in the bowl season as long as i have watched the team play a couple games but i really havent done well in the playoffs because of overthinking and listening to the touts. in every game the spread has not become a factor. every winning team did not need the points or did not lose ATS giving points. this is usually the case in the super bowl too.
