ASA GAME OF THE YEAR 6* Boston Bruins Money Line (-110) @ Buffalo @ 3:05 Central Time – This is especially true because Buffalo just got bounced from the playoff picture. Big edges for the Bruins here and they get revenge for a 4 to 2 home loss suffered against the Sabres the last time they met. *********Also, as a BONUS SELECTION, ASA is releasing a 4* on the Ottawa Senators on the Money Line for Saturday Night! That game goes at 6:05 Central Time.

<!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->Game: Boston at Buffalo (4:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: Game Total UNDER 5.5 -110

The Bruins have had a very good season, and a lot of it has to do with goaltending and defense. The Bruins have held teams to two goals or less an amazing 44 times this season. Recently, they have been doing even better as the opponent has gotten the puck in the net just nine times in the last five games. Buffalo and Ryan Miller have allowed just two goals in the last two games for the Sabres, who will be playing in their fourth game in six nights, a situation that has produced UNDERS in five of the last seven. The Bruins are at their defensive best against teams with a winning home record, where they are 41-10-3 to the UNDER in their last 54 games. I like this one to go UNDER the total.

Detroit at Indiana
Play: Over 205

Last night's results put the Pistons in the playoffs and the Pacers on the sidelines. Detroit clinched a postseason spot with a win over New Jersey while the Pacers were eliminated by the Hawks. Detroit's rotation should remain the same the last three games as the bench has played a vital role down the stretch. Last night they scored 46 of the 100 points and they have been instant offense as of late. Detroit doesn't play very much defense in the second game of a back to back and considering they clinched yesterday we can see a free and easy running game tonight. The last four times Detroit has played unrested they went over the total by margins of 25, 22, 14 and 31 points.Despite being in an uphill battle to make the playoffs the Pacers have never stopped running. They have scored 106 points or better in their last seven games averaging 117.6 points in the process. Even with their scoring being impressive they only posted a 4-3 record during this stretch. That's because Indiana simply does not play defense. With both teams playing loosely tonight we can see this one flying over the posted total. PLAY OVER

Phoenix at Minnesota
Play: Under 224.5

When you think of the Phoenix Suns the names Jared Dudley, Goran Dragic and Louis Amundson don't immediately pop into mind.In fact, they don't come into mind at all.But those three along with other unsung bench players are drawing minutes now for the Suns since they've become eliminated from playoff contention. The Suns put out a pitiful effort last night in scoring just 89 points in a road loss to Memphis.Minnesota is devoid of its best scorers with Al Jefferson out and Randy Foye not expected to play again. The Timberwolves scored 105 points in their last game. That was against Golden State, which rank last in defense. In their previous 11 games, the punchless Timberwolves have averaged 91.6 points.Considering the circumstances and makeup of the teams at this point, the total is set way too high.
