Play: *2 Units. #508. Take the Chicago Bulls -1 over Houston Rockets (Saturday @ 8:30pm est). (POD)
Comments: INDIAN COWBOY'S PLAY OF THE DAY: *2 Units. #508. Take the Chicago Bulls -1 over Houston Rockets (Saturday @ 8:30pm est). We had a letdown yesterday as the Timberwolves barely even show up as despite we hit the CBB 5* GOM with Rider, we failed to cash in the NBA GOM. That brings the 5* Lifetime to 31-8 Now. The news is that we will end with a winning month of February, albeit small. We are up overall +10 units in Hoops with college ball as our saving grace. Let's cash today in the Association as well as in college to close the month up double-digits units. A bit of a let down from the +66 units in January, but it's much better than losing money. I feel good as we look ahead to Saturday Night's contest with the Bulls against the Rockets. Getting the Bulls at this price is solid. Look, this team comes off an embarrassing loss to one of the duds in the league in Washington (although Washington might be game at Milwaukee today) and they will look to bounce-back at home. Do you remember the last time Chicago was at home? They took care of business against the Magic. Why can they not do that here at home? With 66% of the public favoring Houston and the line moving in favor of Chicago, this is an indicator that money is coming in on the Bulls. And, remember, the Bulls have revenge from a 7 point loss earlier this year at Houston. Houston had McGrady that game but they will not have him tonight or most of the season. Yes, Houston is a good team. But, on the road, they are a bit different as their offense defense more than they want it to on Rafer Alston. I do love the fact that Houston comes off a monster win over the Cavs on primetime TNT only to face a Bulls team that comes off a terrible loss to Washington. This is a Saturday night game. The Bulls are ticked. They have revenge. They return home with that revenge. The Rockets have the backing of 66% of the public only to come off a very public nationally televised win which means they are prime for a let down here. When the Bulls played Orlando at home, they had double-figures from 7 players and frankly, they are good enough to put up double-digits from 8 players. This game will be lower scoring than the Magic game, but will be prototypical of that game. Remember, the Bulls feature constant scoring threats with the likes of Deng, Rose, Gordon, Hinrich, Salmons, Miller, Noah and Tim Thomas. The Bulls can play folks and they will be prime for a big game against the Rockets with revenge following an ugly loss. The Bulls are 6-1 ATS following a straight up loss and the Rockets are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games.

Play: 2 Unit Play. #558. Take Purdue -9.5 over Ohio State (Saturday @ 4pm est).
Comments: INDIAN COWBOY SELECTION: *2 Unit Play. #558. Take Purdue -9.5 over Ohio State (Saturday @ 4pm est). We fell a few points short with our total yesterday and that brings us to 3-2 in cbb this week. All in all, it is our CBB that has helped us secure a winning month gaining +15 units as we gained an overall +10 units in the month of February. A bit of a letdown if you ask me from +66 in January. But, that's where money management comes into play and why it's great to have the Guarantee that we have with the service as I simply work until we make you money before you re-up. That's the confidence we have as we stay patient and plug ahead. Let's end the note in double-digit units of profit as we cheer on the Boilermakers at home against Ohio State. Yes, this is a lot of points and I nearly went with the hot Panthers of Georgia State to cover the big number against VCU. But, I'd rather roll with Purdue at home. This is similar to the Cavs in some ways against the Spurs in the NBA. The Cavs came off a tough TV loss only to bounce-back nicely and win the next time around in easy fashion against the Spurs on the road. Well, we have Purdue here, who come off a tough loss at Michigan and who continued to play hard the whole way. That was a must win revenge game for Michigan. For Purdue, this is a revenge game. They lost to Ohio State on the road earlier this year in OT 72-80. You don't think Purdue remembers that loss? Purdue does have Hummel back and has been able to beat the likes of Michigan State at home by 18, Penn State by 14, Michigan by 18, Iowa by 22 and Wisconsin by 13. So, is it all that impossible they don't lay the wood on Ohio State with revenge at home? This game will be televised and I think Purdue can blast them to a 15 digit or better win here. Remember, Purdue gets calls at home and I think this game will be similar to when Ohio State lost by 18 to Illinois on the road. Furthermore, whenever 60% of the public rides a public dog, usually that is a reason to question the dog to begin with. I think this game starts out somewhat tight and then Purdue has a big second half as they have done at home for the most part of this year. Purdue 70, Ohio State 55.

Washington at Milwaukee

Play: Single Dime Play on +7 Wizards
Comments: NBA - 509 Washington Wizards @ 510 Milwaukee Bucks I understand that this pick has some risks due the fact we are backing a lowly team in here. Bottom line is that I could have made a pick on the Bucks by saying that this is a typical letdown spot for the Wizards, while the Bucks are fired up after two losses on the road and will want to bounce back at home. However, this isn’t going to be an easy game for the Bucks.
The Bucks are playing great basketball taking in an account that they are shorthanded and without their best two players for a long time. Heck, at home they beat the Nuggets, Pacers and the Rockets and were involved in ballgames against Detroit, Chicago and Cleveland. The bad news is that the league doesn’t stop and they are feeling the price of being shorthanded. The Bucks were outrebounded in the last 3 games by an average of 17 rebounds/game and the fact that this is their third game in four nights doesn’t help them at all. Despite they lost last game by a single point, we must not assume that they were competitive, in fact with less than 4 minutes left in the game, they trailed by 17 points(!) and then they sank 6 three-pointers to mount a frantic rally and take the lead over the stunned New Orleans Hornets.
Meanwhile, the Wizards are coming from a great effort last night against the Bulls. After being publicly criticised from their coach and veteran players Jamison and Butler, the young guys responded well and they spanked the Bulls by 23 points! Note that 8 players ended with double digits points and the Wizards outrebounded the Bulls by 53-37. Now, is it impossible for a young team with confidence to beat on the road a tired team who is looking for a bounce back? I don’t think so, the last time the Wizards won at home they went to New Jersey and beat the Nets by 107-96, while outrebounding them by 54-41! The Bucks lead the series by 2-0, but curiously in both contests the Wizards almost won. They lost after overtime in December and more recently they lost at home by 91-97 in a game where they led by 74-63 after the third quarter. I can see the Bucks winning tonight, but just by 3/5 points. Take the Wizards in here.
Pick: 3 units (Regular Play) on 509 Washington Wizards (+7) @1.91 on Bookmaker

Sacramento at Utah

Play: Single Dime Play on +17 Sacramento
Comments: NBA - 511 Sacramento Kings @ 512 Utah Jazz This is the second highest line of the season so far (the first one was Boston -17.5 vs Sacramento) and I believe that this game isn’t the best spot to back such large favorite, as the Jazz are tonight.
Utah is in a roll right now with 9-1 L10 games and 5-0 L5 games after the All Star break. They are rested for this game unlike the Kings and they will win this game by 50 points. I’m just kidding because I think that the Kings will be fine tonight and the Jazz won’t bring their best effort to the court tonight.
First of all, Utah will play tomorrow at Golden State. A game against the Warriors migh be pointless but for the Jazz isn’t that so because it was the Warriors the last team that beat the Jazz. Unfortunately for everybody their owner Larry Miller died last week and today it is his funeral. The Jazz after taking Thursday off from the practice they made a shootaround yesterday instead of this morning as would typically be the case. This is an emotional day for them and it’s difficult to be only focused in tonight’s game:
"That's going to be a tough game for us — you know, back home on Saturday after the funeral," Williams said. "So, that's part of life. We've got to try to deal with that, and still stay focused on our job."
They already beat the Kings three times in this season and they look for a sweep tonight. Facing a lowly team can be dangerous as they are feeling they don’t need to bring their best effort tonight. Meanwhile the Kings are trying to be more competitive lately. The new acquisitions Nocioni and McCants played well last night and they want to prove that they are still valuable players in this league. The Kings have been underrated when facing top teams and having big spreads. They are 8-5 ATS as away dogs with more than 12 points. I think that the Kings will stay relatively close from the Jazz and I wouldn’t be surprised if we grab a late backdoor cover in here, after all the 17 points give us this opportunity.
Pick: 3 units (Regular Play) on 511 Sacramento Kings (+17) @1.93 on 5 Dimes

New York at Miami
(Bonus Play)

Play: Single Dime Play on +6 Knicks
Comments: NBA - 503 New York Knicks @ 504 Miami Heat Both the Knicks and the Heat lost last night and they will try to bounce back tonight. Honestly I think that both teams are in a similar level, the only big difference between them is that Miami has Dwayne Wade, a guy who can finish off the games and the Knicks typically struggle to win ballgames. Having the chance to grab 6 points in this contest is a great deal, as this will likely be a wire-to-wire ballgame.
Miami is 2-3 after the All Star break and they are looking forward to install Jermaine O’Neal and Jamario Moon in the team. Jermaine O’Neal can be an important piece of this team, but until now he has been taking bad shots, he is shooting 10 for 27 from the field in the last 3 games and 37 % FG for a big man isn’t exactly good numbers. They lost yesterday against a tired Hawks team in a game where they lost several battles. They were outrebounded, outscored in the paint and had 16 fewer free-throw attempts. Of course I expect them to put a better effort on the court tonight, but they aren’t a good bounce back team. Note that the Heat are 3-8-1 ATS in back to back games and 0-5 ATS at home! The combination of a loss + back to back game isn’t great for the Heat, as they are 0-4 ATS at home in this situation.
Meanwhile the Knicks are coming from a frustratating loss against the Sixers. They were outscored 11-29 in the first quarter, but still they didn’t quit fighting. Nevertheless, the Knicks battled back. Robinson scored in the lane with 2:18 left, making it 101-99. Then, once again they failed to close out the game. The Sixers went to the charity strip 52 times and that was the key of the game. I doubt that Miami can repeat such numbers tonight. Unlike the Heat, the Knicks are a good team in back to back games, as they are 5-2 ATS away dogs in b2b games (4-0 ATS L4 games). This can be explained by the fact that the Knicks always plays in the same style whatever the opponent and it’s easy for them to continue playing with the same style.
I can see the Knicks winning outright this game, however Dwayne Wade will possibly take over the game down the stretch and that’s why I like the 6 points in here. The last time the Heat played a high scoring game they lost at home against Minnesota. Take the Knicks in here.
Pick: 3 units (Regular Play) on 503 New York Knicks (+6) @2.00 on Pinnacle

Got this from jefferson fellas, had several updates and no plays

"No picks yet guys. Sorry for this. It is odd to not have a play yet. I am not going to just shell out a pick though. If I do not bet it myself then I am not going to give anything out yet. Let me tell you, patience is key, my leans would be 1-3 so far so sometimes patience is a mega money saver. I see some NBA I like and a possible college game. I am checking some late info. Vegas is killing today, it has been a public massacre. We have saved some serious money. Will update soon, thanks.

Jefferson"
