But your theory about impotent dogs is only correct for today. It's just how the matchups played out. In these 5 Bowls the last 2 years prior to today Dogs were 8-2 ATS. Today the Dogs attracted all the money from bettors and not just touts. The Lines dropped precipitously, but as you've noticed the games themselves did not cooperate.
