Both of these teams have potent offenses but their defenses are suspect. AZ brings back 10 offensive starters from an offense that averaged almost 30 ppg. They should find plenty of holes and seams vs. a Toledo defense that allowed 38 ppg last year. On the other hand, the AZ defense is breaking in a whole new linebacking corps and has question marks --at this stage-- in their secondary. The Wildcats' defense was hammered in their training camp scrimmages. Toledo's offense shouldn't miss a beat this year with QB Austin Dantin at the helm. He was effective as a fill in for Opelt and has a good supporting cast. The Rockets were 16-7 O/U in their last 23 home games. "Over" the call.
