Lost in the shuffle of the big two's (Carmelo Anthony/Amare Stoudemire) premiere night was the loss Knick backers had to the Bucks. Playing off high emotion from the home crowd, most expected Anthony to lead the Knicks to a ATS-cashing win over a team who'd lost 22 of 30 road games. If not for a big game from NY guard (Toney Douglas 23-pts on 10-12 shooting) the outcome would have been much worse as Anthony/Stoudemire/Billups combined to shoot 20 of 50. Cleveland's playing shorthanded but are on a nice run, going 6-2-1 ATS in their past 9 while covered 3 of their past 4 home games. The Knicks gained a long-term superstar but if Thursday's effort was any indication, it's going to take time to develop. Take the points with the home team.
