On a more serious note , I do have an idea that would put this to rest once and for all.
The ol' Sneakup/stakeout , If theres one way to be certain , its to be watching it unfold with your own two eyes ... Of course this going to have to have the assistance of your Fiancee. There are two ways to do it , The Old fashion way and the High Tech way ( Basically the hightech way involves a small video camera , and the old fashion way is you hiding in closet, looking through a crack) Both work, most folk nowadays tend to go high tech, just for the recording factor( or for court)
You must convince your Fiancee to seduce your father (If shes reluctant, STRESS to her , THis is the ONLY way I can be sure ...) Sooner or later she'll go for it ( unless of course it never happened , then watch her get overly upset everytime you bring it up ) But if it happen, you'll be able to catch your old man once for all and to see if he is a perv or not. ( If need help on the actual set up , layout , or blueprints of this plan - shoot me an email. .... ) Other than that its pretty basic, you should be able to figure it out.

If you feel she is lying then she most likely is. Obviously she has a history of 1. Infidelity and 2. Lying. I did a stretch a little longer then yours when I was younger and I got the feeling that even when they are supporting you girls may subconciouly resent you for leaving them. This may be her way of getting back at you for "abandoning" her. (did she ever say those exact words to you while you were locked up?). Personally I think you have made up your mind as to who is telling the truth and who is lying, now all you have to do is leave her, or stay and never mention it again.
Got the plan ready to hatch. I was going to go for something like you said , but she claims my dad was drunk or at least smeeled that way when this happened, so it might not ever happen again. My plan is tomorrow I will be out of state and everyone knows this. I am going to call my house on my cell phone, my girlfriend will answer. She will then 3 way call my dads cell phone. His caller ID will show my home number. He knows I am out of state. She will then blackmail him. She is going to say I know why you are lying blah, blah. I will tell everyone I made this up because I was pissed at you if you pay me $5,000. I am not interested in whether he gives up the money I want to hear his response when he believes no one is listening. It's the best I could come up with at this time. They have both agreed to take polygraphs. That would really trip me out if they both passed.
