Serious Question-You have 200K , but no job what do you do?

I have been there a couple of times and know all about it. Was just thinking maybe you were somewhere else. I didn't like the place that much myself, seemed WAY too expensive thanks to the gringos. I remember my first trip there was on a tour from Guanajuato and the tour driver was telling people how much the houses were. This was a tour in Spanish for the Mexicans and all of them were gasping at the prices. I suppose since I have some Spanish skills the idea of lots of gringos has little value to me.

What is a typical house going for these days? I am sure I can't afford it with what I have in equity from my house in Veracruz.

Of course that depends. But like anywhere, there are cheap properties and houses and expensive ones. You certainly have many homes in 7 digit territory, but you can get cheaper properties below 100K. Myself, I do not intend to get into real estate and will stick to the businesses involving the things that I know best, namely food, sex, alchohol, and gambling.

Wait a year and buy and buy a NHL team. They should be worth about 50k by next year. Then bet on your own team. Have Pete Rose as the Manger. What I plan on doing with the 200K I am planing on winning on the Super Bowl. Just Joking only found a couple Props so far that are worth playing and those because I got one that was way off before they fixed it.
