A fine giornata, con i mercati chiusi, Saras, la società di raffinazione petrolifera controllata al 62% dai fratelli Gianmarco e Massimo Moratti, ha diffuso un comunicato per annunciare che il gruppo e i suoi azionisti hanno dato mandato ai legali di procedere contro le "affermazioni diffamatorie" del quotidiano che ha titolato "Saras gonfiata per la Borsa e per l’Inter".
LA RELAZIONE - Nel pezzo si riferisce la relazione del consulente della Procura di Milano, secondo cui la famiglia Moratti e le banche che hanno assistito il gruppo nel collocamento del maggio 2006 avrebbero piazzato a 6 euro un titolo che ne valeva tra i 4 ed i 5 omettendo dei dati dal prospetto informativo. L’ipotesi è che l’incasso della quotazione, che avrebbe comportato un danno per il mercato di 770 milioni, "sia servito soprattutto a un ramo della famiglia, quello di Massimo Moratti, per far fronte ai debiti dell’Inter". Il titolo Saras ha chiuso a 3,12 euro in calo dello 0,7% (in linea con il settore, il cui indice europeo, è ieri arretrato dello 0,77%) dopo aver subìto in giornata perdite più consistenti, che l’hanno portato ad un minimo di 3,06. "Saras ed i suoi azionisti di riferimento - si legge nella nota della società - contestano fermamente di aver tenuto comportamenti scorretti in danno del mercato, confermando di aver operato in modo trasparente ed assolutamente rispettoso della normativa vigente". This year is a different story, but at least not just for Juventus. If Samp had a centravanti or a punta would have easily won the game. On the other hand their midfield is one of the best of the league. Ranieri could have let Giovinvo in; he didn't, we suffered to get the ball to Amauri and del piero. Juve is suffering way too much, hopefully on January they'll buy someone to orchestrate ,if it's not too late do do it. 2 losses, 1 push, 1 win for the day.-------------------
