To the OP, you won't have difficulties selling your ticket to someone else but they will have a lot of trouble trying to cash it since book has tagged the ticket to you. At that amount the ticket is flagged.

Thanks for all the info in the thread, but Im still confused about the main question

Can I sell this ticket to my friend bc my players club ID is on it ie would he be able to cash it or would I have to cash it? There are no tax ramifications from what I've read around.

Lol. What's your previous handle honey? Either that or this is your first month on a sport forum. Just remember, dont sell all your shoes, purses, and makeups for this game, even if ya that confident.. ;)

I dont have to sweetheart, I have plenty of money and I would hate to see you lose yours. w-thumbs!^

Yes you can sell it. He may have trouble cashing it because of amount in question. There are no up front tax liabilities but when cashed it will be reported to IRS as income, so you will have to file winnings on tax returns next year.

Yeah, sounds like what I was told once. Don't play slots, but one of the pit bosses at the MGM Grand saw how much I was racking up and warned me to cash out before I hit 10K or I'd be forking over my SSN. So I punch out a session every time I hit 9K just to be safe.

?? I think you have it wrong or twisted

You can walk away from the table with $100,000
has nothing to do with any "Sessions" as you call it.

it's all about what you bring to the cage and Cash

Same answer as dsong: risk 3600 ml on atl. Let's just use odds +150, although you may get better. 3600 makes you 5400. So.....you would only have a 3600 loss if atl wins. On the flip side, ne wins you clear 9,900. Under your 10grand mark.
