I called TD and asked them whats up cuz now I cant even log in (thats after logging out to test this for ya) and the lady said that they are being bombarded by traffic requests

Whether shes telling the truth or not is another story... but I believe her..

Im on a OC 24 connection...so my internet speed is no question

Deadcat bounces happen all the way down.

A developer I know did sell two lots last week and thats the first new buying activity he's had there in 3 years.

edit: Each of the lots also came with contracts to build a home on each lot.

the best move would have been a stimulus package directly to the bond insurers

say 0.85 - 0.95 to the dollar

would have been cheaper then this general pop stimuli and directly hit the problem

confidence in debt markets

berkshire becoming a bond insurer player now will help, but not until this all settles, with tons of debt loss
