Around 50% of the country has a government related job, especially the better paying jobs.
There is also a huge anti-tory element up here and the out campaign has been almost exclusively tory people.

Scotland is an anachronism inside an enigma when it comes to politics, the SNP and the greens are running things at the moment, Margaret Thatcher created a huge amount of social discord, like Chavez in Venezuela.
