Ken and Russ had absolutely nothing to do with Revere getting paid (other than Shrink having a site). I don't believe Shrink ever committed one way, but was implicating Revere in a roundabout way and Russ committed to having WSEX stiff the guy.
It was the *wiseguys* that have a clue and spoke out FOR Revere getting paid that got him paid.
It was a black and white issue. Your watchdogs had no clue how it was supposed to be worked out. WSEX did....eventually

Come on men must we fight. Lou I agree in part, surely the RX is not crowing about being responsible for getting Revere paid though we always do what we can. The book made it clear they were going to pay him because he bet his money and it was at his risk. He could have lost the bet so they felt he should be paid, we didn't force them to pay nor are we claiming to do so. That does not mean there were not some murky waters involved with the player but most books pay on bets they take unless you work at Safari casino.
As far as what Tin said I agree. I know you don't like MW Lou but it is nice to see that the sites can work together when they need to. Not necessarily in this situation but it would suck if a player got stuck in the middle of site wars and suffered somehow for it. Anyway we all think differently but try to post to the content of the post and not to the poster. These sites are good for this business in a lot of ways, I still think we can (and will) do more but to say they are useless is not true. Not even close. I have met you Lou and though strong opinioned you are not a dumbass, don't let personal feelings keep you from being objective.

I completely disagree. Giving Major an opportunity to gather your info is complete disregard for the players privacy. He's lied many times. Everytime he's been confronted, he responds by posting poeple private info. He will actually hurt players far worse than he can help them. I wouldn't doubt it if the Feds are half way up his ass right now gathering Securebuxx data. Remember Russ claims I'm a rat, so according to him, I would know this stuff. Right, Russ?

Lou - You are addressing alleged individual actions, I was answering a question in general. Of course a person involved somewhere in the sites can harm others, that is true in any business. Someone who works for the Peace Corps or saves a life every day can be doing evil but that does not reflect on anyone other than themselves. I was saying these sites as a whole do a lot of good and I think overall most would agree with that. Can they do more? Probably, but useless is an overstatement at best. Every wiseguy in the world reads these sites, it must be for a reason. No biggie, just my two cents.
As far as the rest I won't get involved in that between you and Russ. I didn't even know he called you a rat. You have strong opinions and have been right on issues so you don't bother me at all but I tell everyone to post to the post, not the poster. I am trying to avoid the personal attacks when we can from all sides. Anything you guys can do to help would be appreciated. Come on does anyone actually believe this crap S-Buxx is spewing. Simply put they are scammers, liars, and cheats, with that scum bag Anthony running the show. I would run far from any dealings with this cavalcade of shady characters. The betPCI problem, is just the icing on the cake, rumors have surfaced that Anthony has had fraud problems in Montreal, check with the RCMP and his "associates.” This house of cards has fallen, Anthony has no integrity, and neither does Sucurebuxx.
