I wrote this in my horse handicapping thread and am reposting it here:
My prayers today go out to President Trump. And I thank God that he has given President Trump the courage to carry on despite all the underhanded, dishonest, Constitution mocking efforts to bring him down. Threat to Democracy? Look in the mirror if you have supported all these efforts by the opposition party. The culmination of all your despicable efforts was a bullet that took an innocent life, severely wounded at least one other, and if not for the hand of Providence would have taken out the greatest American of my lifetime.
I make no apologies if you disagree with what I wrote. I needed to get it off my chest before I do something as inconsequential as handicapping today.
