Bateman has been named starter with Barnett likely to see action. Hurts is very talented but hasn't grasped the full offense enough to be a starter and with so much talent at WR and TE he wants someone to get folks lined correctly and then get it into the hands of the playmakers. Bateman is 0-1 as a starter and no other Tide QB has ever taken a snap.
OLine will be Camrob, Cotton, Bozeman, Ross, Johah so there is a small surprise with Bozeman and Ross swapping places vs what they've been doing in practice and scrimmages.
