I know Russ enough to know it was racist. It's insinuating that black people wouldn't have to resign and a jab at Holder and Obama because he believes the only reason they haven't been forced to resign is they are black. That's as racist as it gets, lol. Racism doesn't mean you have to have pitch forks and nooses. This thought process is a racist thought process.
Racism is defined by your actions. For instance. Back in the mid 70’s my slow pitch softball team was playing in a World Championship just outside Detroit. We were staying in Detroit. We had two extra players we had picked up for the tournament and one was black. We already had 3 blacks on the team.
After a game some of us stopped at an Italian restaurant to eat. Our pickup player hesitated when we got out of the car, he was from the South. I asked him what was wrong. He answered that he was afraid they might not serve him. I told him that if they did not serve him we would all leave. I also commented that I doubted they would turn us away being that the average size of our party was about 6’3” and better than 250 lbs. He just laughed.
When we entered the person at the door looked us over and after hesitating let us in. Our pick up player was the only black seated in the restaurant. We got a few stares but nobody said anything. We ate, had a good time, and after words our pick up player thanked us. We told him no, thank you.
I do not remember his name and I am sure he does not remember mine but I am sure we both remember that incident and for all the right reasons.

I don't know Russ, I don't know if Russ is racist. I do know that insinuating the Obama administration could be racist, does not constitute a racist comment, in my opinion.
You are using pure speculation, I can only go with the facts, another white woman replaced her, had the next been black then the thread would of had a ton of validity. I did connect the dots, she was resigning according to Obama she said she was going to resign after the first enrollment was completed, I don't know about that, but I believe she is resigning for that or job performance, not color of her skin. Let's be clear too, I'm not calling you racist just so you know.

President Obama on Friday formally nominated Sylvia Mathews Burwell to head the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) following the botched resignation of Kathleen Sebelius.
Burwell served in several positions under the Bill Clinton administration, including as a deputy aide to then-budget director Jack Lew. In July 1995, Burwell (then Sylvia Mathews) was one of several key aides questioned by the Senate Whitewater Committee regarding the death of deputy White House counsel Vince Foster.
Foster’s death was officially ruled a suicide. The Clinton White House eventually admitted to misleading investigators about how senior officials had seized and disposed of files relating to first couple’s controversial investments in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed real estate venture.
Clinton spokeswoman Dee Dee Myers admitted that then-White House counsel Bernard Nussbaum, who had recovered documents relating to the Whitewater controversy from Foster’s office after his death, did not turn over the documents to the Clinton family’s personal attorney, contrary to what White House official had claimed. Nussbaum had actually given the documents to Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff, who placed them in a White House safe for five days before being turned over to the family attorney.
Under questioning, Sylvia Mathews and her colleagues denied impeding a police investigation into Foster’s death after his body was found in a northern Virginia park. According to the New York Times, Mathews testified “in laborious detail about what she had found in Mr. Foster’s garbage on the night he died.”
That experience may come in handy as she prepares to oversee the implementation of Obamacare.

They are not worth it that is for sure. But it shows them for what they are. Racism used to be a one way street, now it is 4 lane highway. At 68 I have been through the entire civil rights movement. They persist in driving in the slow lane when it comes to analyzing events and circumstances. Benghazi is a joke to them but they were all over the Trayvon issue. That tells you all you need to know. Trolls will jump on a sinking ship if it is going their way. lol
