i think this line is inflated because of Pitts performance the past few years and this being a home game. Statistically these two teams aren't that far apart in quite a few categories, especially scoring. Pitt doesn't defend the 3 ball particularly well and that's what EWU loves to do, run and gun. Pitt will play the better defense, and definitively slow the pace down, but EWU should get their points. Pitt has to be careful here, the only two good teams they've faced they've split with..... EWU is a scary team because they hold the motto that "the best defense is just to score more than your opponent".... Those teams are always tough because catching them on a hot night can be a nightmare to stop, everything just seems to fall. I believe Pitt is the better team by far in terms of talent, but 18 points is a lot and ewu just covered the 16.5 point spread by a high flying Davidson offense. Pitt will have to work the clock and play extremely tight defense in order to keep EWU from lighting up the scoreboard. I don't see that working out to well, EWU is a decent free throw shooting team as well, so you can't play reckless defense. I bet Pitt wins by 10-15 points but EWU hangs in there all game long within 8 until the final minute. Even if they get blown out early, Pitt will relax and EWU will keep shooting.

rivalry game here, and In a small state nonetheless... Hard to imagine either team winning big... I'll take the home team catching 7 points. Ndsu may be the better team but I bet they get NDUs best game so far of this young season.

** betting like a square tomorrow. Reason being that these teams are playing very bad teams and all at home. I especially love green bay. All of them tho should win easily, but that's why they play the games and that's why it's called gambling and not winning. Hope it pans out the way I feel it should***

Wi. Green Bay -9: I love this play, pacific is 1-9 and struggling mightily, Green Bay has been a very good team the last 5 years and are at home. I'd play this game heavy all the way up to 15. I see this as a 16-18 point win.

south Carolina -18.5: Drexel is awful, just bad all around and South Carolina is pretty decent. I'm playing the fact that Drexel is in the road and just a bad team going up against a much more athletic team.

Cincy-22.5: something has to give here. Cincy is way to good defensively to lose again, but their schedule has been tough, Norfolk state has played nobody and they are about to run into a full court press defense that's going to strangle them all game long.... I think Cincy comes out pissing vinegar and clamps down. Wouldn't surprise me to see a 35 point win, but I'll take 23.
