# ONE...thanks for your update.I was in LV last week and experiencing some nasty pain.I came across a group of "massagers" in the Miracle Mile Mall attached to the PH and was desperate enough to get a massage from one of them, not knowing their qualificatrions. It actually gave me a lot of relief for 3-4 days, thank you very much.Unfortunately it was a temporary solution.
An xray has ruled out any spinal problems and if the ultra sound treatments are not successful I will get an MRI to rule out more serious causations ie testicular ca,tumors etc.

get an mri before you try any chiro, water etc. they all can work, but if you have a major disk problem you need medical help

The only way to go is the chiropractor route. Your tail bone is pinching your sciatic nerve and it must be adjusted to stop the pinching. It's a very simple adjustment. You lay on one side with you arm and leg straight like an arerow. He then will bring your upper knee up towards your chest. He then will push your upper shoulder backwards. You should feel a little crack. He will then turn you on your other side and do the same thing. The relief is almost instant.

Another thing you can try is stand up against the wall and lift your leg straight up as high as it will go. Then bring it back down. Do this about ten times each leg about twice a day.

FORGET the Chiropractor !!!! Take it from Someone that had the same problems to a T !!!

Go see a Neurologist !!

He will send you for a MRI and a EMG and Will give the Treatment you need !

It is 100% the way to go ! You might need to go to a Pain Management Doc as well.

nobody seems to be understanding that sciatic nerve pain is a symptom of another problem which would mean that the treatment could be different depending on the cause of the sciatic pain. Therefore the treatment could be different in individual cases whether the cause is a bulging disc or a strain of the periformis muscle, located deep in the buttock.
