This is a home run scheduling spot for the home dog Demon Deacons. Wake not only had last week off, but the week before they beat up on FCS opponent, Campbell, 66-14, which means the coaching staff has been basically preparing for today’s game against Virginia for nearly three weeks. During that same time frame, the Cavs lost at Clemson and last week dropped a 38-21 decision a home to NC State as a 7-point favorite in a game in which they lost starting QB Brennan Armstrong to a concussion. He is a game time decision today, but even if he does play, he’ll be ill-prepared since he didn’t get many snaps in practice this week. Cavs go down again on the road.[/FONT]
