I have been following services closely since they started in the late 70's and know all of the tactics and tricks they use.
Calling a Final 4 game a GOY (win or lose) is simply a marketing tool because they know a lot of folks are going to be watching and betting on it.
Therefore, many of these leeches will try to capitalize on this and try to market the game as a GOY to get folks to buy it, knowing damn well that anything can happen in one game and that it really doesn't warrant GOY status.
I will go further and say that ANYONE who has followed college basketball all year would be just as well served if not better by relying on his(her?) own judgment and/or at the very least, if he/she does use a service who rates either one of these games as a GOY, to exercise some caution before betting it as such.
