Not only he is he capping but he is trying to bring some POSITIVE attention to himself with what I am sure is a contrived/scripted 400 unit play.

Do you have the * ratings on the root plays? 6* is bill. Looking to see if that is the Baylor play. He rates his plays with *'s from roottowin. He also has pinnacle play and no limit from winningedge still out there.
